Around 2004 we started an annual tradition we call the Mid-Season Multi-League Charity Challenge. The Format is a 4 Person 9-Hole Scramble Shotgun start held the first Monday after July 4th every year. All the Portland West Golf Course Monday Night Leagues come together and randomly select Women & Men Teams to compete in a Fund Raiser Challenge. The evening includes Dinner and Prizes. The Team with the Low Gross Score on each Nine gets to determine where the Money Raised gets donated to provide a Helping Hand to local agencies.
